L\u2019architecture du d\u00e9but du 20e si\u00e8cle est omnipr\u00e9sente et parfaitement pr\u00e9serv\u00e9e. La nouvelle station baln\u00e9aire de Cabourg est n\u00e9e au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1860. C\u2019est \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque une ville moderne qui veut attirer les riches Parisiens, avec une terrasse longeant la mer, un fleurissement important, un casino et une avenue commer\u00e7ante.
